The location is great, with good food choices on the doorstep and the property is in the center of town. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with good sized rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The property owners were quick to respond to questions and all arrangements worked perfectly.
There was difficulty in finding the apartment and it was tiring to climb two flights of stairs with luggage. It would be unsuitable for the elderly or anyone with breathing difficulties.

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located apartment in Kelso. The view from the windows overlooking the bustling town square was amazing. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well-presented, making us feel right at home. We were grateful for the thoughtful welcome pack with nibbles and fresh milk. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to easily prepare our own meals. The double bedroom at the back of the flat provided a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom with its full bath and overhead shower was a nice touch. The helpful info pack answered all our questions. we highly recommend this apartment for its excellent location, cozy atmosphere, and top-notch amenities.
Although there was no onsite parking, unloading our car from the small carpark at the back of the flat was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, being in such a prime location meant that the front bedroom could be quite noisy due to street activity.

The apartment was spacious and well decorated, with a lovely view over the town square. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a generous welcome pack with snacks and fresh milk. The location was convenient, with amenities and restaurants within walking distance.
The noise from the busy cobbled street outside could be quite loud and difficult to block out, especially during the summer when windows needed to be open. The steep and tiled stairs could be challenging for those with mobility issues, including pets.

The apartment had a great view of the town square and was well decorated. The welcome pack with nibbles and fresh milk was a nice touch. It had all the amenities needed for self-catering.
The directions given were confusing and it took us a while to locate it. The fact that it was on the second floor with no mention of this in the advertisement was frustrating, especially when carrying luggage.

Conveniently located in the heart of a bustling town, with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The apartment itself was nicely furnished and had a well-equipped kitchen. The welcome pack with biscuits and fresh milk was a thoughtful touch.
We had to climb two flights of stairs with our heavy luggage, which was exhausting. the lack of onsite parking meant we had to park in a small carpark behind the flat and constantly worry about the 2-hour disc parking limit.

The view from my room was stunning, and I enjoyed scrolling through social media while pretending to work with the free WiFi. Oh, and I guess the towels were fine too.
